Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the easiest on the go meal. Make them at night, and they are ready to grab and go in the morning

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 3 spoonfuls of yogurt

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP PB2 or peanut butter

  • 1 TBSP maple syrup

  • Dash of cinnamon

-Place all ingredients into a jar, shake and place into the fridge overnight or for at least four hours
