Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

-3 tbsp pumpkin⁣
-2 frozen bananas⁣
-2 spoonfuls of yogurt⁣
-2 handfuls of ice cubes or almond milk ice cubes⁣
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁣ or a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger ⁣

Optional add ins:⁣
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁣
-1 tbsp peanut butter⁣
-1 scoop of protein powder or collagen⁣
-1 tbsp maple syrup⁣

Instructions:

-Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

-Topped with peanut butter and @traderjoes pumpkin o’s

-Enjoy!
