Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
-3 tbsp pumpkin
-2 frozen bananas
-2 spoonfuls of yogurt
-2 handfuls of ice cubes or almond milk ice cubes
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
Optional add ins:
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbsp peanut butter
-1 scoop of protein powder or collagen
-1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
-Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
-Topped with peanut butter and @traderjoes pumpkin o’s
-Enjoy!
