Blueberry Maca Smoothie Bowl

Secretly packed with some nutritious goods.

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 handful of steamed then frozen cauliflower

  • 3 coconut milk ice cubes

  • 1 tsp maca

  • 1 TBSP peanut butter

  • 1 TBSP pre-soaked chia seeds (for better absorption)

  • 1 TBSP maple syrup

  • Dash of coconut milk
