Bliss Balls
These are great, because you can whip them up quickly and then you'll have an easy grab + go snack for the rest of the week (or for however long they last in your kitchen)
8 pitted + soaked dates
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup oats
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut sugar
however much cinnamon you please
-Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
-Roll into 10 balls
-Optional: roll balls into coconut flakes
