Hawaiian Poke Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 lb ahi tuna
-2 1/2 tbsp chopped green onion
-3 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
-1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
-2 tbsp sriracha
-1 tbsp sesame seeds
-1 tbsp chopped jalapeño
Instructions:
-mix all together and marinate for at least an hour. I marinated for four hours.
-I did a base of white rice and topped with jalapeño, cucumbers, kimchi, and avocado, but add whatever your heart desires
-enjoy!
