Nana's Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
⁣Dough:
-2 cups of lukewarm milk⁣
-1/2 cup sugar ⁣
-2 tsp salt⁣
-2 packages of dry granulated yeast⁣
-2 eggs⁣
-1/2 cup melted butter⁣
-7/8 cups of flour⁣
⁣Frosting⁣:
-2 cups confectioners sugar⁣
-1/2 tsp lemon juice⁣
-4 egg whites⁣

Instructions:
-mix milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl and set aside

-dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes. add in the milk, sugar, and salt.⁣
-stir in eggs, melted butter, and flour

-let rise for about 90 minutes. ⁣
-punch down and let rise until it has doubled in size. ⁣

-roll out dough

-butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (1 cup sugar to 2 tsp cinnamon) ⁣
-roll the dough into a log and cut into half inch sections

-place in buttered pan and let rise for an hour

-bake at 375-400F for 20 minutes. ⁣

-beat all frosting ingredients together until fluffy⁣

-wait for the rolls to cool, then frost and enjoy!
