Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:

-1 medium butternut squash⁠⠀
-1/2 cup carrot⁠s⁠⠀
-1/2 apple⁠⠀
-1 white onion⁠⠀
-2 garlic cloves⁠⠀
-1 tsp of each: salt, pepper, sage, cinnamon, and cayenne⁠⠀
-3 cups vegetable stock⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Instructions:⁠⠀
-wash, peel, and chop squash, carrot, apple, and onion⁠⠀
⁠-sauté the onions until translucent ⁠⠀
-add squash, carrot, apple, and garlic⁠⠀
-cook until squash starts to soften⁠⠀
-add seasonings + stock⁠⠀
⁠-simmer for 20 minutes⁠⠀

-pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth
⁠⠀
-serve and enjoy!
