Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients:
-1 medium butternut squash⠀
-1/2 cup carrots⠀
-1/2 apple⠀
-1 white onion⠀
-2 garlic cloves⠀
-1 tsp of each: salt, pepper, sage, cinnamon, and cayenne⠀
-3 cups vegetable stock⠀
⠀
Instructions:⠀
-wash, peel, and chop squash, carrot, apple, and onion⠀
-sauté the onions until translucent ⠀
-add squash, carrot, apple, and garlic⠀
-cook until squash starts to soften⠀
-add seasonings + stock⠀
-simmer for 20 minutes⠀
-pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth
