Ramen
Ingredients:
-2 cups bone broth (vegetable broth for V)
-2 tbsp soy sauce (coconut aminos for GF)
-1/2 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 tsp ginger
-1/2 tsp sriracha
-handful of carrots
-handful of mushrooms
-handful of spinach
-1 soft boiled egg (boil an egg for 6 minutes, put into ice bath and peel, omit for V)
-ramen noodles (gluten free noodles for GF)
Garnishes:
-sliced jalapeños
-green onion
-sesame seeds
Instructions:
-bring a small pot of water to boil
-add a dash of olive oil to a separate pot and add carrots, mushrooms, spinach, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce
-cook for ~2 minutes
-add bone broth and noodles and let simmer over medium-low heat for six minutes
-add whole egg into small pot of water and cook for six minutes
-remove the egg and place into an ice bath before peeling
-add all the ingredients and garnishes to a bowl and voila
-enjoy!
