Ramen

Ingredients:⁣
-2 cups bone broth (vegetable broth for V)⁣
-2 tbsp soy sauce (coconut aminos for GF)⁣
-1/2 tbsp minced garlic ⁣
-1/2 tsp ginger ⁣
-1/2 tsp sriracha ⁣
-handful of carrots⁣
-handful of mushrooms⁣
-handful of spinach⁣
-1 soft boiled egg (boil an egg for 6 minutes, put into ice bath and peel, omit for V) ⁣
-ramen noodles (gluten free noodles for GF)⁣

Garnishes:⁣
-sliced jalapeños ⁣
-green onion⁣
-sesame seeds⁣

Instructions:
-bring a small pot of water to boil⁣
-add a dash of olive oil to a separate pot and add carrots, mushrooms, spinach, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce⁣
-cook for ~2 minutes⁣
-add bone broth and noodles and let simmer over medium-low heat for six minutes⁣
-add whole egg into small pot of water and cook for six minutes⁣
⁣-remove the egg and place into an ice bath before peeling⁣
⁣-add all the ingredients and garnishes to a bowl and voila
